The fee covers all instruction, program materials, and refreshment breaks; lunch on Wednesday and Thursday; breakfast on Thursday and Friday. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.
How to register
Advance registration is essential for effective planning. You can register online or by mailing the printable registration form with a check, money order, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization. Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration. Additional information concerning registration will be posted shortly.
All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on May 19, 2014. After this date, on-site registration is available on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at the conference registration desk. An additional $30 walk-in fee applies.
The conference planner will confirm your enrollment and provide additional information. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State University to cancel or postpone the conference, you will get a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
If your request to withdraw is received by May 5, 2014, the conference planner can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to (724-430-4219) or by e-mail to (email@example.com). A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
