Governor's Victim Service Pathfinder Awards

The Governor and the Office of Victims' Services annually recognize individuals and a program that provides outstanding services to victims of crime in Pennsylvania.  A Governor's Victim Service Pathfinder Award is the most prestigious award that Pennsylvania gives to a victim service professional or program.

Thank you for your interest in the Governor’s Pathfinder Awards.  The nomination deadline has passed and the winners will be announced at the conference in June.  Please consider making a nomination for our next conference.

Submitting a Nomination

The deadline for all Governor's Victim Service Pathfinder Award nominations has been extended to Friday, January 17, 2014! All online nominations must be submitted by Friday, January 17, 2014.  All paper nominations, forms, and supporting documents must be postmarked no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday, January 17, 2014.

Nomination Information

The award may be presented to one program and up to seven individuals who have made notable contributions to the program for which they work, the community they serve, and the field of victim services.  The awards will be presented to the selected recipients at the Thirteenth Pennsylvania Pathways for Victim Services Conference.  If you know of an agency, a program within an agency, or an individual who has made notable contributions and meets the necessary criteria and eligibility, please consider submitting an award nomination on behalf of that agency, program, or person. The selection process for recipients of the Governor's Victim Service Pathfinder Award is highly competitive. Therefore, to be considered, each nomination must meet the criteria and eligibility exactly as outlined.
